And so it begins!

So you heard the news a few weeks ago: Booktrope, the publisher I signed with in 2014, went out of business as of May 31st. As I retain the rights to my books, I’ve chosen, for the moment, to republish them myself under my own imprint. I’m now pleased to present to you the name of that imprint, along with its own fancy-ass logo!

Actually, I suppose it’s kind of a simple-ass logo. But it’s a logo. They’re supposed to be efficient like that. And I really like it. So there.

So with today being the last day my old publisher is in business, and my being nervous about making sure my books get transferred back to me and set up again for sale properly, you might say I’m a little anxious. My publisher is dissolving. So what’s next for me?

Gone at the end of the month.

On Friday I received some disheartening news: Booktrope, my publisher for the past two years, will be going out of business on May 31^st. War Witch: Rise, a fantasy novel by guest geek Cain S. Latrani, is coming next month, and I’m pleased to be one of the first to debut the cover art and tell you a little more about it…
